3. Scope of Services

NAVYGATE TECHNOLOGIES provides:

  • Engineering Consultancy in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Finite Element Analysis (FEA), Multiphysics Simulations, and Design Optimization.
  • Training Programs and Online Courses through our e-learning platform.
  • Technical Support & Workshops in both open-sourcel engineering tools.

Our Services may be purchased online and are available to customers worldwide.

4. Course Enrollment & Access

  • Upon successful payment, customers will receive  account details with login information for our Learning Management System(LMS) and shop via email within 4–8 business hours.
  • Course access is granted to the registered individual only and is non-transferable.
  • Access duration, course content, and certification eligibility (if applicable) are detailed within each course listing.
  • We will be provided at least 1 year to complete the course before discontiunation. 

5. Consultancy Engagements

For consultancy services, terms such as project scope, deliverables, confidentiality, and fees will be mutually agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement prior to commencement.

6. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) or USD ($) as applicable.
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees, taxes, or bank charges.
  • Payments must be made through authorized payment gateways available on our websites.
  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party payment providers.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Courses: Refunds are not provided once login credentials are issued unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
  • Consultancy Services: Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the individual service agreement.
  • If you face technical issues preventing course access, contact support@navygatetechnologies.com.

8. Intellectual Property

While NAVYGATE TECHNOLOGIES actively leverages open-source technologies, all course materials, documentation, and digital content provided through our websites, LMS, or consultancy channels remain the intellectual property of NAVYGATE TECHNOLOGIES unless accompanied by an explicit open-source license or an external link clearly specifying such licensing terms.

Any unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

9. User Conduct

By using our websites or Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration or communication.
  • Use our content and platforms only for lawful purposes.
  • Not share login credentials, resell access, or engage in unauthorized data collection or scraping.
